“Dear all
Firstly, I would like to thank Mrs Lauriston and all her team here at Kenilworth school for making me feel so welcome, and more importantly making me feel part of that team.
It has been a privilege to be able to work with such enthusiastic and talented young people who were always willing not only to learn, but also to offer their own ideas and interpretations, which have all resulted in the wonderful show that you will be seeing this evening.
A special mention must also go to the talented musicians that under the guidance of Mr Marr, have gelled into the wonderful orchestra that you will hear tonight.
Shows like this do not run without the expertise of all the back stage staff who must also be highly congratulated.
The talent shown by all these young people is down to the wonderful drama department here at Kenilworth, that have always produced such wonderful shows, and long may it last.
So just sit back and enjoy one of the most successful shows of all timeā€¦”LES MISERABLES.
