In 1455, The Gutenberg Bible (written in Latin) was the first major book printed in Europe. 100’s of years later literature has seen many changes and revolutions through social, cultural and today ‘technological demands’. Professional authors, publishers, and consumers are challenged by Audio and E-books and the competition of Celebrity Authors and sometimes their ghostwriters…

I wanted to investigate where the market is today I wanted to ask, ‘Is there still growth in the literature industry in 2019. Is there still room in the market for Professional Authors to thrive both in sales and profit and is the community surrounding books still alive?
