Warwickshire College share news about ‘Stars of the future on show at college’s end of year events’

Get a glimpse of the future of fashion, music, art and performance at Warwickshire College’s end of year events.

Warwickshire College students on the BTEC Fashion and Clothing and BTEC Music Practice course are showcasing their work at the spectacular ‘Style and Sound’ fashion and music show at The Spa Centre, Leamington on Thursday 19 June at 7pm.

Tickets for the show, which begins at 7pm, are priced at £5.00 and are available from the School of Arts Reception (01926 318233 – 8238) or from the online shop – http://shop.warwickshire.ac.uk.

Level 3 Music Technology students showcased their talents last week with the launch of their album No Half Measures.

Performing Arts students at our Rugby centre are staging a production of Chicago at the centre’s theatre from 17-20 June at 7pm. This is the final project for the second year students based on the much loved West End musical ‘Chicago’ – a story of murder, greed, corruption, exploitation, adultery and all that jazz.

This project is solely the work of the students who are directing, choreographing and teaching the vocals, as well as creating the set, costume and organising front of house, a culmination of their two years of training on the performing arts course. Tickets can be bought from the college shop at http://shop.warwickshire.ac.uk.
