We caught up with Alastair Banks – Martial Arts and Karate Instructor, who has been profiling his skills and charity work though the local Press.
Eight years ago Alastair was introduced to Martial Arts and now teaches over 150 students per week. As part of a local team, he was party to setting up the ATMA association that covers the Warwickshire area.
